The Curtis E. Huntington Memorial

The Curtis E. Huntington Memorial

Curtis E. Huntington, FSA, MAAA, FCA, MSPA, was known for his inspiring enthusiasm for the actuarial profession and for his incredible dedication to his students. As the head of the Actuarial Department at the University of Michigan, he worked tirelessly to help students receive the financial assistance they needed. Given Huntington’s 30 years of service to his students, it is only fitting that the John Culver Wooddy Scholarship continues in his name. Curtis also served as a Foundation Trustee and as Chair of the Actuarial Research Committee.
